Tasting Notes
The 2015 Dry Encounter Riesling has a crisp, slightly chalky bouquet that soon ebbs away to reveal white peach and apricot scents. The palate is fresh and crisp with citrus fruit, lime and green apple, vibrant and lively with a focused finish. This is well crafted - as I always expect from Paul Cluver. Drink Date: 2015-2022.
