A blend of Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc sourced from the rich clay loam and shale of the Vinemount Ridge. This will be a nimble, food-friendly wine. Look for characteristic strawberry and raspberry, with a savoury note tugging at the edges. You will find this a fine sipping wine, but the freshness allows it great flexibility with food - give it a go with everything from burgers or grilled pork ribs to fruit salads.
