Tasting Notes
Starts off with loads of pure red and black fruit, with a hint of liquorice. On the palate, complex and again quite dark. Fine soft-grained tannins and very good length and persistence. Attractively aromatic mid palate and lovely fresh finish. Decant for an hour if possible. This wine is certified organic.
