Tasting Notes
Entirely planted with the 'Pinot Fin' clone, just over a decade ago, this wine is always poured last at the domaine and is one of the best terroirs in Givry, according to Fran�ois Lumpp. Aged in 70% new wood, although the oak is always well integrated at the domaine, this is smooth, nuanced and self-assured, with refreshing, saline acidity and layered bramble and black cherry fruit intensity.
