'My red cuv�e, Trois C�pages, is clearly not made in a Burgundian way because it's a blend of Pinot Noir, Poulsard and Trousseau. It is not possible to make Jura wines in the same manner as in Burgundy because we have to adapt to the local terroir, and to how the plant behaves in such a terroir.
