Tasting Notes
Deus is made using a method identical to the finest sparkling wines. In a chilled flute glass, the head is lacy and long-lasting. Highly aromatic, with cherry and floral notes over a foundation of biscuit and yeast. On the palate, the beer is round and full, with creamy effervescence and a superb Champagne-like texture.
