Tasting Notes
A blend of 1-year old lambic aged in 30-year old Tuscan Brunello di Montalcino barrels and 3-year old lambic aged in Beersel's own foeders. Amber gold in colour with deep bursts of vinous character with typical fragrance of wild ferments.Taste combines a pleasant bitterness of grapefruit with a fine red wine taste from the wooden foeders resulting in a sour, yet well-rounded character
