Slightly pinky-orange in tone, this unique Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of ripe apricot, saffron, orange peel and pink grapefruit. An herbaceous, distinctive combination of lychee, saffron, and lemongrass flavours are met with chalky mineral and a hint of bruised apple. This is delightfully curious, delicious Sauvignon, perfect with goat cheese, seafood & asparagus.
