TASTING NOTE: The 2007 Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Riserva Plenio is the estate's top white. Apricots, sage, rosemary and spices caress the palate as this textured, generous Verdicchio opens up in the glass. A portion of the wine sees French oak for the malolactic fermentation and the final blend is aged on its lees, both of which contribute to an impression of significant depth and persistence.
