Tasting Notes
From 30 year old vines grown on clay/limestone soil, 12 months' vinification, 75% in aged casks, 25% in new oak. Bright gold, floral and vanilla notes on the nose, full-bodied and rich, with a fine balancing acidity, lovely freshness through the finish. Enjoy with fish in cream sauces, smoked salmon, or rich chicken dishes with wild mushrooms and will also pair well with strong cheeses, age 5-7 years.
