Tasting Notes
Fermented in a mix of small batch open and static fermenters, 35% given extended post-ferment maceration before the batches were blended and matured in French oak (40% new) for 14 months. This has given the wine excellent structure without in any way diminishing the delicious cassis/blackcurrant fruit. Drink [until] 2029. Score - 95.
