Tasting Notes
A rare Bordelaise blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. There is intense minerality, vibrant acidity and gorgeous balance, but this is no lean, green wine needing age. Mouth-filling ripeness offsets the acid and the heady aromatics steer slightly tropical, rather than grassy.
