Tasting Notes
100% nerello mascalese grapes, made with a soft press, then skins removed and vinified in steel. In the glass you can find aromas of apple and peach blossom, there is a pleasant acidity and a mineral finish that remembers really well the volcanic soil from where the grapes came from. It is a really versatile wine wine, it pairs well with cheese, fish, but also white meat and veggies.
