Tasting Notes
This stunning orange wine is beautifully crafted and holds true to the organic and biodynamic techniques by which it is made. The additional skin contact of the grape through vinification creates that stunning unfiltered and unique orange hue. On the nose, the orange is slightly closer to a sweeter Kabinett style with notes of sweet strawberry and apples. The skin profile however introduces a stronger wild honey aroma and a hint of acidity. On the palate, it is not as sweet as the nose may infer. There is a tame citrus sourness with a slight bitter bite with a light tannic structure.
