Tasting Notes
Soft, drizzly honey on the nose with a hint of pine giving a beeswax quality. There's also a light sweetness and some earthy spice. To taste, the sweet, golden honey notes continue balanced out by flavours of toasted orange peel, cinnamon and ginger. A refined liqueur that would work well as a digestif.
