Glowing rich amber gold in the glass, The Irishman's aromas amble to your nose: honeysuckle, fig, toffee and cinnamon, hinting at the whiskey's rum cask finishing. Substantial flavours of toffee, toasted grain, chocolate, fig and smoke ride to a long finish that soothes like a rich baritone voice. Pair with dark fruitcake.
