Tasting Notes
This stunning orange wine is one that should not be passed on quickly. The nose is complex and comes with fresh hints of rennet apple, pear, and wild herbs. The taste has a refreshing mineral backbone with hints of wheat and beer. The acidity is beautifully incisive. When fermenting in amphorae, there is contact with the skins for twenty days giving it the beautifully orange colour and distinct palate. It is splendidly bright and fresh. It pairs well with seafood, risottos and a wide variety of vegetables. This wine should be enjoyed and shared on a beautiful summer evening with those you love.
