Tasting Notes
Made with Roditis 50% and Malvasia 50% from mountainous vineyards (800-900m) around Mega Spileo vineyard. Pale yellow brown colour. White dried flowers, herbs and spices expressed in a mineral and slightly toasted background. In the mouth, it is fresh and fine with rounded tannins and enough acidity to give structure, complexity and potential for further ageing. Refreshing and long aftertaste. Decant carefully before serving to avoid the sediments.
