Tasting Notes

Ksara dates back to 1857 when Jesuit monks produced wines for use in religious services. Ksara has enjoyed a remarkable 150 years of uninterrupted winemaking despite the often turbulent political landscape of the region. This blend of Clairette, Muscat and Sauvignon Blanc offers aromas of citrus, bananas, other tropical fruits and flowers. The palate is dry, medium bodied and well structured. Refreshing, fruity and crisp, with tropical fruit nuances adding complexity in the mouth. Enjoy this tonight with brie or with a seafood pasta. (VINTAGES panel, Jan. 2011)
