Tasting Notes
Regular and consistent, this estate delivers wines that express the beautiful terroirs of the M�connais. The recipe is simple: work the soil, control yields, look for mature maturities and do not exceed 15% new barrels. The domaine works biodynamically even though they do not have the certification. This Macon Villages comes from old plots. It benefits from a clay / silt soil. Very good quality fruit, fresh with some hints of muscat. Good balance between the fleshiness derived from a couple of years of age and the tension of still-crisp acidity.
