Tasting Notes
The grapes for this Riesling were hand-picked, whole-cluster pressed, and fermented in acacia wood barrels. There's a gorgeous flinty tone here along with white flowers, apricot, apple, peach, lime and some spice. Mouth-watering acidity makes this delightfully refreshing.
