Thank Christ for this; Allison Christ that is, winemaker at Colio. She has produced a lean, mineral Sauvignon Blanc that delivers apple, passion fruit, grapefruit and lime in a crisp, stylishly herbaceous package. Try this with white fish or grilled seafood appetizers. (Vintages panel, Sept. 2018)
