Tasting Notes
Aged for 2-3 years and made from sun-dried grapes, this is the sweetest of the Zuleta range. It will have notes of raisin, prune and toffee, some toasty overtones and a refined, slick texture. Served chilled and pair with blue-veined cheeses, bitter chocolate or ice cream.
