Tasting Notes
This wine is made from free-run juice from grapes sourced from Paco & Lola's oldest vineyards. These are grapes that have not been pressed; the juice is released by the accumulated weight of the grapes themselves. The process produces less juice than pressing, but it can preserve more of the most delicate of flavours and offer a higher degree of freshness and clarity in the wine. Look for brightly arrayed melon, orange and lemon citrus in a brilliantly fresh wine with a touch of salinity on the finish.
