There is a pleasing, complex autolytic character on the nose here, with evocative baked bread notes underlying the white flower and fruit tones. Tangy and refreshing with youthful, vibrantly articulated fruit, this has great balance and an exciting tingly quality to the acidity. Pair with tuna steaks, shrimp or grilled chicken.
