Tasting Notes
This fantastic value suggests delicate floral tones atop peach, pear and some green apple, with a complex herbal note adding depth. The traditional-method autolytic bread notes are nicely interwoven. This is zesty and bright with great character. It has the versatility to be served with baked cod in a cream sauce, grilled salmon steaks, or as a palate-refresher with almost any meal.
