Tasting Notes
Opaque ruby. Warm, spice-accented cherry and redcurrant aromas are complemented by a subtle herbal nuance. Dry and spicy on the palate, offering bitter cherry and black pepper flavors that become sweeter with air. The peppery element lingers on the gently tannic finish, which shows good lift and cut.
