Tasting Notes
The 2007 Sideral is 62% Cabernet Sauvignon with the balance Carmenere, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah. Purple-colored, the nose is reticent but displays notes of cedar, pepper, sage, cinnamon, blackcurrants, and blueberry. On the palate, it has a Bordeaux-like elegance, vibrant, savory flavors, and a lengthy finish. Drink it over the next 6-8 years. Score - 90. (Jay Miller, erobertparker.com, Dec. 2010)
