Tasting Notes
Pale, green-tinged color. Pungent, mineral-driven aromas of lime zest, gooseberry, flint and fig. Dry, subtle and intense, showing a captivating salinity to its flavors of lime zest, passion fruit and white flowers. Lovely balance here. This wine will get rounder with a few years in the cellar without losing its yellow gooseberry freshness, says Gary Jordan. Score - 89. (Stephen Tanzer, vinous.com, April 2015)
