Tasting Notes
A traditional style Kriek, made by macerating cherries in lambic beer for 6 to 8 months. Complex and intriguing. Shows notes of black cherry, malt, yeast and earth with fruity, balsamic and funky old wood tones. The initially rich and sweet palate leads to a balanced, refreshingly tart cherry finish. Purchase limit of two.

Serving Suggestions
Serve chilled in a large bowled glass to best appreciate its complex aromas and flavours. Great in its own or paired with seared duck, roasted pork and turkey or aged goat cheese.
