Cité de Carcassonne is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the South of France. Nearly half of the wines produced in the IGP Cité de Carcassonne are rosés. The area is hot and dry, but cooling breezes from the Atlantic provide relief and allow the grapes to retain their freshness. This will be a light, zesty rosé with brightly articulated cherry and raspberry fruit. A nice pairing for breaded fish dishes.
