Description
From a tiny yield of 1.8 tons per acre comes this fine Merlot. A pretty array of aromas on display here, including violets, fresh herbs, blueberry and a hint of bell pepper. Almost Bordelais in style, this Merlot is elegant and refined with good structure and a substantial finish. Cellar it 1-2 years or enjoy tonight with grilled lamb chops.

Tasting Notes
Concentrated and intense on the nose with aromas of cherry, cedar and smoke with some underlying meaty tones. Big and voluptuous in the mouth with a complex array of red cherry, raspberry, blueberry, vanilla and leather notes. Nicely structured with a fine seam of acidity and a long, savoury finish.
