Quite sleek and mineral laden on the nose, with crushed slate, flint and limestone. Lime, gooseberry, wax and honey aromas on the nose. Slightly creamy on the palate, with excellent fruit presence, a subtle vanilla note and balance through the finish. Drink now through 2018.
