Tasting Notes
Paso Robles is dotted with marvellous mesoclimates that permit a wide range of styles and varieties to flourish. This Cabernet is juicy and fresh with a buoyant character and notes of dark raspberry, plum, dried herbs, oak spice, pepper and chocolate. The tannins have grip but are integrated and refined. Decant tonight and serve with steak or allow to evolve through 2029.
