Tasting Notes

[Translated from the French] This 100% Chenin Blanc unveils notes of crisp green apple, flowers and honey, and a pleasant, ample palate, with tinges of a delicate sweetness. You'll barely notice this, though, since a good dose of acidity provides a nice balance. This wine would be a good accompaniment for fruity/salty dishes such as pear garnished with blue cheese, or avocado and prawn verrine.
