Tasting Notes
Situated on Zandvliet Mountain, the Prospect Hill Vineyard is planted at an elevation of 172 metres. Southeast-facing and composed of red Karoo and limestone soils, the vineyard provides superb conditions for ripening Cabernet. The 2013 has impressive notes of black fruit and old wood on the nose, with a ripe, balanced, dry palate. (VINTAGES panel, June 2015)
