Hazy yellow gold colour with a creamy head; forward aromatic hops aromas with herb, citrus, grain and nutty malt underlying; dry, medium bodied, crisp and nutty with toasted malt and sweet fruit flavours; pleasing bitterness in balance with malty sweetness on finish.

Serving Suggestions
Try with Japanese cuisine, also great with cheese especially when served with a nutty gouda.
