Tasting Notes

54.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot, 1.5% Cabernet Franc Deep garnet colour. Pretty aromas of cassis, cedar, cloves and a touch of violets. Earth / loam. Medium acid and a medium+ level of fine tannins. This is generally a harmonious, elegant, second wine from this blockbuster vintage that is approachable now. Long finish. Score - 89.
