Tasting Notes
Dark cherry, blue plum, wild blueberry and cured meat aromas really fill the nose. Flavourful and meaty with big fleshy tannins. The mouth-watering sour edge on the finish is awesome. This is a fantastic food wine. Enjoy it with rare steaks, grilled mushrooms, or beef fajitas. (VINTAGES panel, May 2013)
