Tasting Notes
The 2010 Chateauneuf du Pape (made from the same blend as the 2009) exhibits a dark ruby/purple color as well as deep, dark raspberry fruit intermixed with lavender, incense and camphor notes. Full-bodied, dense, chewy and rich with soft tannins, fresh acids and impressive precision and elegance, it should drink beautifully for 10-15+ years. Score - 90-93.
