Description
The Amethystos Cava is the flagship wine of Kostas Lazaridis. Produced only in exceptional years, this wine is crafted from 100% Cabernet Franc and aged for 18 months in new French oak. It's a wine of character and refinement that will offer tons of smoke, herbs, tobacco and rich, ripe black fruit. Pair with grilled lamb.

Tasting Notes
This 100% Cabernet Franc has become an iconic wine of modern Greece and is produced only in exceptional years. The 2017 version delivers rich black and red berry, with chocolate, coffee and toast notes. This is a wine for ageing; it will last into the early 30s with ease.
