Tasting Notes
Pask was first to plant vines in the Gimblett Gravels, breaking ground in 1981 in this region famous for its Bordeaux varietals. The 2013 Merlot offers impressive berry fruit, blackcurrant, chocolate and woodsmoke. Ripe and balanced with great length. Very Bordeaux-like. (VINTAGES panel, March 2015)
