Tasting Notes
The 2007 Prodigal Grenache spent 20 months in predominantly seasoned French and American oak. It sports fragrant cherry and garrigue aromas followed by a spicy, ripe, full-bodied Chateauneuf-du-Pape-like wine with a smooth texture and a lengthy finish. Drink it over the next 6-8 years.
