Tasting Notes
Medium Riesling that, given its low alcohol of 8.5%, has been selectively harvested realtively early to retain firm acidity and a modicum of residual sugar. This is a powerful wine that builds impressive tension between sweetness and acidity. Lime, floral and mineral flavours are evident. Score - 4 Stars (out of 5).
