Description
Pinotage is the signature red wine grape of South Africa and has a remarkable tendency to showcase oak treatment. In this wine, six months of oak influence brings rich coffee and dark chocolate notes to join the grape variety's inherent plummy, rich red fruit character. The producer suggests pairing the wine with salmon, roast venison or even chocolate mousse.

Tasting Notes
