Description
The winery produces this Riserva only in exceptional vintages, maturing it in French oak barrels for 14 months. Pair with pasta bolognese or mature cheeses.
Tasting Notes
Produced only in very good vintages, this wine is aged at least 30 months before release. In this case, 14 of those months were in oak barriques. Look for concentrated plum and berry fruit, soft tannins and a long, peppery finish.
