This single-vineyard Barbera gives you a taste of the latest vintage from Piedmont, and for a song! Deep purple in colour, it displays elegant aromas of ripe black cherry, plum, tobacco and hints of new oak. It's medium bodied, with deep, dark fruit flavours balanced by lively acidity and soft tannins. Enjoy with tomato-based pasta, chicken marengo, or a meat-and-cheese antipasto platter.

Ascheri produces a savory barbera with more of a real edge to its flavors. Fresh, bright and cherry-like, with vibrant, tart berry fruit, this vigorous wine lingers on the palate.
