Tasting Notes
Still purple. Racked in Dec 09 and slightly reduced, no SO2. Full of charm and lusciousness. Then very classic freshness and polished tannins and no obvious Viognier flavours. Sinewy and flattering and this should take on weight. 13.7% but doesn't feel it. Lovely wine, again with a lightly menthol note. Very rich and perfumed ... Lighter than it used to be surely?
