Tasting Notes
Beauroy is a southerly facing Chablis climat, and the vines here benefit tremendously from exposure to the sun, which is critical to successful ripening in the cool growing region of Chablis. This example offers up apple, pear and citrus tones on the nose with a nice underlying honey note and some wet stone minerality. On the palate, it is crisp and lean with bright and precise replays with ripe lemon citrus leading the charge. The finish is long and round and beautifully textured. (VINTAGES panel, Jan. 2017)
