Tasting Notes
This ale is enhanced with yuzu, a citrus fruit native to Japan and Korea. Gold in colour, with aromas and flavours of grapefruit and lime, followed by sweet malt, grain and herbal hoppy notes. The palate is rounded with tangy, citrus and a pleasant bitter hops finish. Pair with Asian dumplings, spiced or raw fish dishes.
